Delete your account
You can delete your SetBro AI account and its data at any time, in the app or here on the web.
In the app
- Open Profile → Settings → Legal & privacy.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password (or Apple / Google sign-in) and type DELETE.
What happens
- You are signed out on every device at once.
- After 7 days your account is deleted for good. Signing in during those 7 days lets you cancel.
- Your training data is encrypted with a personal key; deleting the account destroys the key, so the data cannot be read again, not even from backups. Backups expire within 35 days.
- We keep only what the law requires: purchase records (up to 7 years) and proof of your consents (3 years), without your training data.
- Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in the store.

Enter the email address of your account. We send a confirmation link to it; the deletion starts only after you tap it.
